VISION: To be the Cooperative’s excellent arm for continuing Cooperative education, focusing on developing and enhancing the economic and social well-being of the officers, staff, members, and communities within the area of operation of BBCCC in consonance with universally-accepted cooperative principles.
MISSION: To attain its vision, the Education, Training, and Membership Committee commits itself:
To be effective and efficient in:
1. conducting membership recruitment and promotional activities of BBCCC;
2. acting as consultant of the HRD in planning and coordinating education and training activities and programs for officers, staff, and members in order to:
a. Equip them with lifelong cooperative values and skills,
b. Advance the recognition of the importance of cooperativism as a potent tool for the promotion of social justice, and
c. Be able to adapt to the diverse changes happening in the cooperative business
