VISION: We envision the BBCCC CONMED committee as an accessible and autonomous alternative body with the tenacity to inexpensively resolve conflicts following the principles of arriving at what is best or mutually acceptable settlement for the parties with the ultimate goal of forging reconciliation and conscientiousness.
MISSION: To maintain and promote the conducive, comfortable, and productive operation of BBCCC CONMED, the Members of Cooperative h(2) acting as consultant of the HRD in planning and coordinating education and training activities and programs for officers, encourages the alternative methods of resolution and conciliation of all conflicts and disputes.
The BBCCC CONMED likewise encourages open communications to promote and maintain a civil and humane workplace. The BBCCC CONMED also provides a variety of mechanisms to facilitate the management and constructive resolution of conflict situations involving members, employees and officers when conflicts occur.
